RESOURCES COMMITTEE,                                                                                
                                                                                                    
          Urging the governor to direct the division of oil and                                     
          gas, Department of Natural Resources, to undertake a                                      
          comprehensive review of the subject of Cook Inlet oil                                     
          and gas platform abandonment for the purpose of                                           
          developing new oil and gas platform abandonment
